A Better Mind, A Better Me, LLC is dedicated to giving people the advantage of shifting their life’s trajectory by prioritizing their mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. Dara takes a dual approach to counseling by working both toward a better mind, and, ultimately, a better “me.”
