Dara Grimes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, counselor and founder of A Better Mind, A Better Me, LLC. She engages her clients and addresses their diverse needs by cultivating a relationship of trust that is commited to problem solving. Dara firmly believes in honoring and observing discretion and care for the mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of her clients. She counsels them to actively transform their thinking and perspective to actualize what they deem impossible – whether it be overcoming anxiety, hopelessness, depression, relational challenges or fear.
